ImmobilienScout 24
With our interface with ImmobilienScout 24 you have the possibility of exporting your objects from My Real ID to ImobilienScout 24. For this function an API-interface is used. In order to make use of this functionality, two requirements must be given:
- A registration on ImmobilienScout 24 and a valid account are needed.
- You need a valid contract.
If these requirements are given you simply need an individual username and password which you can request from ImmobilienScout 24. We have already prepared a short text, which you can use for requesting the credentials.

Once you receive your individual FTP-credentials you can enter them in the settings of your My Real ID-account. By clicking on "Authorize permission" you will be redirected to the website of ImmobilienScout 24. At this point you will have to enter your credentials again in order to verify the account. You will automatically be led through this whole process. When your account is successfully linked to immowelt you can transfer and publish your objects automatically. Please note that the export to Immobilienscout 24 can take a few minutes. My Real ID has not impact on this time period. A few platforms will not notify you when the export was successful. In order to be sure that the object was exported correctly, please check on the external platform directly. If the export was not successful after about 6 hours, please contact the support of Immobilienscout 24.

- Do you have a valid account on ImmobilienScout 24?
- Do you have a valid contract with ImmobilienScout 24?
Step 2
Request your individual FTP-credentials for the connection to ImmobilienScout 24.
Step 3
Enter your credentials in the settings of your My Real ID-account and verify your account on the website of ImmobilienScout 24.
Step 4
Export your objects from My Real ID and publish them on ImmobilienScout 24.
