My Real ID is the connection between your ERP-system and external platform. Using our various interfaces you have the possibility of importing existing objects to My Real ID as well as exporting your objects to external platforms such as ImmobilienScout 24, immonet and immowelt. All applicants will then be lead to My Real ID, on which the application and communication process takes place.

All interested parties fill out the same standardised and highly complex self-disclosure which includes all relevant information adjusted for the use-case of selling or renting an object. All information can be filtered.

As a provider you have the possiblity of filtering all tenants before inviting your top-candidates to the viewing. The unique filter tool matches all information in the self-disclosure which allows you to filter the tenants regarding your preferred data.

Our appointment tool supports the arrangement of your viewing appointments. You can select the top-candidates you have previously selected in the filter tool and suggest as many appointments as you would like to. Afterwards, the tenants can state their availabilities. Then you will see all availabilities in one place and you can calculate the optimal appointment distribution.

After you have selected your preferred tenant you have the possibility of arranging an appointment for the handover of the object. Additionally, the tenants information can be transferred back to your ERP-system.
